Overview
The decoration of this small room is a gift of the Republic of Slovenia. At the end of 1993, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Slovenia contacted the Director-General of United Nations Office at Geneva, expressing the intention to completely redecorate the room. The work started on 13 May 1995 and the room was inaugurated on 28 June of the same year in the presence of the Director-General, the President of the Republic of Slovenia, and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Slovenia.
