During this time, the Pass and ID Office will operate as follows:

• Peace Gate: Badge issuance for conference, events, visitors and guided tours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Peace Gate Bis: Badge issuance for conference and events from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as needed based on volume.
• Pregny Gate: Badge issuance/ renewal for holders of permanent badges at Pregny pavilion from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Permanent badge holders (staff members, interns and consultants) are reminded that badge renewals must be done at the Client Service Center, located in building H, open Wednesdays from 1p.m. – 4 p.m.

Pedestrian access points

• Peace Gate: Entry and exit is available for all badge categories from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
• Peace Gate bis: Entry for holders of digital badges from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. as needed based on volume, and as advised by conference organizers and security staff at Peace gate.
• Pregny gate: Entry and exit is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for holders of permanent badges not subject to security screening. Exit is available for all other badge holders during these hours.
• Nations gate: Entry for holders of permanent badges not subject to security screening is from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.. Exit is available for all badge categories on a 24/7 basis.
• Chemin de Fer gate: Entry from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and exit from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for holders of permanent badges not subject to security screening. Entry for SHP/RPN contracted staff from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and exit from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m..

Entry and exit arrangements for cars and bicycles remains the same, as follows:

• Pregny Gate: Vehicle access (entry/exit) on a 24/7 basis, Monday to Sunday (staff members / delegates).
• Chemin de Fer Gate: From Monday to Friday, entry of vehicles between 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., exit of vehicles between 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (staff members / delegates / enterprises).

Signage is present at all entrances to indicate the above.
