The crash of Ethiopian Airlines flight ET302 on 10 March 2019 that claimed the lives of 157 people, including UN staff, delegates and others, many of whom were on their way to the UN Environment Assembly in Nairobi, has come as a profound shock to all of us in International Geneva.

The UN Geneva family expresses its heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of all the victims of this tragedy.

Our thoughts are with the families and friends of our colleagues, and we stand in solidarity with them and wish them strength and courage during this difficult moment.
