  1. Check out our webpage on available facilities;
  2. Send us the signed form and a draft agenda at least 6 weeks prior to the desirable date;

• Is there a resource center for NGOS at the Palais des Nations?

  Yes! The NGO Resource and Service Center is located in Room E-2 (close to the main Cafeteria). It has several computers with Internet connection, a printer (bring your own paper) a Wi-Fi, a reading area, a small library, and a meeting area for groups of up to 15 persons (upon reservation).

• Can my NGO use the NGO resource center for meetings?

  Yes. Accredited NGOs can reserve the NGO Resource and Service Center for smaller gatherings up to 15 participants:

  1. Check out our webpage on the NGO Resource and Service Center and fill out the form;
  2. Send us a signed form at least 3 working days prior to the desired date of meeting;
  3. We will revert as soon as possible.
