DIRECTOR-GENERAL MEETS WITH PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL

The Director-General today met with H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Thailand and President of the Human Rights Council to discuss current priorities in the work of the Council, as 30 May marks the beginning of its 17th session. The Director-General also met with the Permanent Representative of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Fedor Rosocha, on the occasion of the completion of the mandate of that country in the Human Rights Council.
