Virtual launch of the NEW online course on “Policy making: Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development”.

As the governments of South Africa, Uganda and Seychelles are developing National Entrepreneurship Strategies (NES), this session aims to promote a better understanding of the importance of facilitating entrepreneurship for sustainable development. It will also aim to highlight the different policy objectives of these three countries and the contribution of entrepreneurship strategies to these objectives. Under the framework of this event, the e-learning course on “Policy making for sustainable entrepreneurship” will be launched.

Roundtable on “Accelerating the SDGs Implementation to Rebuild Better: The Cooperation Strategy of the Parana State, Brazil”.

The implementation of the 2030 Agenda in the Paraná State of Brazil is based on best localization practices. The state is a pioneer in the development of tools and strategic partnerships in the planning, implementing, and monitoring of relevant policies to sustainable development at the subnational and local levels.

The main focus of the event is on SDG 17, including the presentation of the ‘Paraná Keeping An Eye On The SDGs Strategy’, the OECD Program and that of National Partners who will also discuss local-relevant aspects on the SDGs 1, 8, 10, 12 and special linkages among SDGs.
