万国宫开放时间
自2024年4月8日起，通行证和身份证明办公室的工作时间如下：
- 普雷尼门：为长期通行证持有者、会议/活动/访客/参加导览的人员发放/更新通行证，时间为上午8:00至下午5:00,地点在普雷尼馆。
- 和平门：上午8:00至下午5:00为访客发放通行证。
- 和平门(旁门)：关闭
长期通行证持有者(工作人员、实习生和顾问)请注意，通行证更新需在H楼的客户服务中心办理，开放时间为每周三下午1点至4点。
所有入口处将设置指示牌，以表明上述内容。

进入万国宫
与会者
- 与会者应在参加相关会议或大会之前在Indico.UN平台上注册。
- 与会者首次进入万国宫必须通过和平大道14号的普雷尼门，时间为工作日上午8时至下午5时。在此过程中，通行证和身份证明股激活与会者的数字(或打印)会议通行证。此后，根据数字(或打印)会议通行证的类别，与会者可选择通过和平大道14号的普雷尼门或和平门进入万国宫。只有红色通行证必须通过普雷尼门进入，必须接受X射线检查，不能通过和平门进入万国宫。
访客
所有访客必须持有有效护照(联合国会员国或观察员国的护照)。欧洲成员国签发的有效国民身份证也可以接受。
进入万国宫内的建筑：
万国宫大部分门禁由集中式访问安全系统控制，只有授权用户持有的联合国磁性通行证才能打开。在工作日上午8时至下午7时期间，只有公共门无需磁性通行证即可进出，以便访客和与会者进出。
公共门：
Bocage附楼(CLM)：关闭
Tempus (Tempus 1-3号会议室)：上午8时至下午7时开放(部分会议期间限制进入)
E40(XVII-XXVII号会议室)：关闭
S1(联合医疗服务(JMS)、免税商店(SAFI)、联合国内部司法法庭(UNDT))：上午8时至下午6时开放
导览服务：和谐大厅，A楼二层（通过A13和A15门进入）。开放时间为上午10点至中午12点，以及下午2点至4点。
所有其他建筑的门都受电子访问控制，需要使用磁性徽章才能进入，包括通过H60（广场）门进入H栋。
出口
工作日下午7点后离开大楼：
E40号门有一个解锁按钮，可以在下午7点后启用。
一周内下午7点后通过大门离开：
普雷尼门的转闸门处设有行人自由通行出口，无需电子通行证
和平门允许行人在下午7:30之前通过转闸门离开，无需电子通行证。
自行车通行
访客和与会者不能骑自行车进入万国宫。
无障碍门
开放时间：上午 8:00 至下午 7:00

无障碍厕所
经过 SHP 的翻新改造，现在万国宫内共有 50 多个无障碍厕所。
请注意：部分洗手间可能因正在进行翻修工程而暂时无法使用。请参考动线图了解无障碍区域。
优先停车
残疾人士可在无障碍入口附近找到停车位。
行人通道：
- 对于长期出入证持有者、行人和骑行者，工作日的上午7:30至下午7:30期间可以通过普雷尼门(Pregny Gate)和和平门(Peace Gate)进出。行人还可以在铁路门(Chemin de Fer Gate)使用转闸门，只限于出门，直到下午7:30。
车辆通道：
- 普雷尼门在工作日上午7:30至下午7:30期间对车辆开放。铁路门在工作日对车辆也开放，但只到下午2点，之后完全关闭，不允许车辆进出。
建筑物：
- 办公室和会议室的开放时间为工作日上午8时至下午7时。
紧急情况：
- 如果您因紧急情况需要在开放时间之外进出，请立即联系安保部门，联系方式为controlcenter.security-unog@un.org或+41 (0)22 917 2112。联系安保后，请在门口等候，安保人员会为您提供协助。请注意，这种情况应很少发生，预计所有员工和访客都会在下午7:30之前离开。

Breastfeeding rooms
Private facilities for breastfeeding or expressing milk are available at the Palais des Nations in the following locations:
- Building A: room A.669, 6th floor (temporary)
- Building H: room H.224 (2nd floor) and room H.518 (5th floor)
- Building S: room S.036, 1st basement
The rooms are accessible during regular building opening hours.
For Buildings A and H, staff should contact the UNOG Medical Service at unognurses@un.org or +41 (0)22 917 28 07 to obtain the key box code.
For Building S, prior authorization from the Medical Service is required. Once approved, access will be added to the user’s ID badge via the Pass & ID Unit.
Visitors may contact the Medical Service at +41 (0)22 917 28 07 for assistance. For Building S, Security & Safety Services can provide remote access at +41 (0)22 917 29 00.
