联合国日内瓦办事处
An ongoing meeting at the Palais des Nations

各种会议和大会是联合国日内瓦办事处的核心活动。国际社会汇聚在这里，就改变我们生活的议题共同开展工作，从卫生到人权，从人道主义援助到和平。成员国召开会议，开展讨论，据理力争，最终达成一致。联合国把这些协商一致转化为书面文字。以后这些文字将影响国家法律，从而影响全球公民的实际生活。

去年，39%的会议提供了口译服务，每年翻译的正式文件和出版物在7,000万至8,000万字之间，借此人们能够广泛了解联合国的工作。
