世卫组织大流行病中心设定目标：24小时内发现新发疫情

世界卫生组织周一表示，已为其大流行病和流行病情报中心启动新的五年战略：到2030年，每个国家都能在新发卫生威胁出现后24小时内将其发现并加以研判。世卫组织表示，加强快速检测是全球卫生安全的基石，有助于各国在疫情升级为更大规模流行病或向国际扩散之前将其遏制。
