On 5 April 2017, Lebanon joined the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) and its Protocol I on Non-detectable Fragments, Amended Protocol II on Mines, Booby-traps and Other Devices, and Protocol III on Incendiary Weapons.
