Graca Andresen Guimaraes, the new Permanent Representative of Portugal to the United Nations Office at Geneva, today presented her credentials to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva.
Prior to her appointment to Geneva, Ms. Andresen Guimaraes had been serving as Portugal’s Ambassador to Cape Verde since 2007. She served at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union from May 1999 to February 2004.
