The Human Rights Committee has considered the third report of Zambia on how that State party is implementing the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
Gertude Imbwae, the Permanent Secretary and Minister of Justice of Zambia, introducing the report, said that a number of developments had taken place in Zambia regarding the enhancement of human rights through a thorough review of its Constitution.
